Just a small update.

Ive got a few unbuilt Gundam kits stowed away as well as a brand new MG Sinanju on the way from Rainbow Ten to keep me occupied.

This RS contains a high res version on the vector. If youd like to use it in a wallpaper, please feel free. Also included is a .tga file that you can use as a badge in Homeworld 2 as well as various other games.

Sanding and pre-build is complete. Just waiting for a shipment of materials from HLJ to primer, putty and sand. Planning to keep this build pretty basic except for a few color scheme and paint job changes.

Work has been pretty interesting lately. Im now in charge of inventory control. My boss doesn't really like going by the books though, so I end up having to sweep a lot of problems under the table, which is not the way I like to operate. In just a few weeks though Ive marked at least 15 pallets worth of product for destruction. If I sat down and did the math I am sure its value would be into the tens of thousands within a few more weeks. And this is all junk that should have been gone years ago. Good to know that I don't have much to live up too if the guy who was doing this before me let all this stuff slide. The raise itself isnt that much. Unless something serious happens during reviews at months end I will start hunting for a new job.

Apparently, this is my brothers last few weeks here. My dad seems to have finally gotten fed up with his laziness. In the two years Ive been here he has gone through maybe a dozen jobs and he has not paid any rent since Gena left, which was a quite a few months ago. I am not holding my breath though, my dad always seems to give this kid another chance to screw him.

I picked up two Nerf guns on a whim the other weekend. Two of the Maverick Rev-6 pistols. Figured they would be a good way to terrorize my coworkers (Oh yes they do this nicely btw). I took one apart and modified it by removing the air restrictors and shaving down parts of the cylinder. The gun now shoots further and the cylinder can come out further and spin freely. I then took it apart, sanded off all the logos and warnings and gave it a basecoat of black Tamiya acrylic, following by a coat of drybrushed enamel metallic steel paint. I used gold brass rust and copper for the details. I layered a few coats of clearcoat too help prevent scratches.

Transformers - Optimus Prime I love prime mostly for his leadership and oh so epic and inspiring qoutes. My favorite incarnation of his character was his Beast Wars incarnation Optimus Primal.

Fate/Stay Night - Saber I cant get enough of Saber. Maybe its because she enjoys a good meal just as much as I do?

Tenchi Muyo - Ryoko This is the character that really started my love of anime. One tough lady! Just watch that episode where she pounds on Kagato!

Virtual-On - MBV-707 Temjin While he may be forever reduced to the title of the 'GM' of the VO world Temjin is still an all time favorite of mine just for his incredibly well rounded abilitys and his dashing look.

Xenosaga - Kos-Mos Another tough cookie! Although she lost some appeal to me once she regains her past self, Kos-Mos still get points for being a super powerful anti-alien weapon system that is also very easy on the eyes ^^

Macross - Maximilian Jenius Probably no one character contains as much concentrated h4x as Max. Even Roy admitted that Max was probably a better pilot than he was. Not only does he best the top female aces, he gets married to her just days after she tries to kill him in a knife fight and proceeds to knock her up in the middle of the ongoing war. You gotta love his style. Nothing says badass like those 80's aviator glasses.

Appleseed - Bri One of the only humans to ever master and fully sync with his type of cyborg body, Bri is the best of the best when it comes to just plain being a pro. Plus hes got a woman who finds that big metal body of his downright sexy! That lucky dog!

Gunsmith Cats - Bean Bandit If anybody else in the world tried to do this guys job, they would be dead in a week. Not that Bean doesn't get beat up all the time, hes just the only guy who manages to get back up everytime! I find myself feeling sorry for the poor saps that find themselves on the wrong side of this guys anger. This sucker must have been a panzer tank in his past life.

Battle Angel Alita - Alita Alita is probably the best developed heroine Ive ever seen in any form of media. I could go on for pages on how great of a character she is.

Anita Blake - Edward Before the wolfmen and the vampires go to bed, they check under the bed for Edward. Anita may be the executioner but Edward is Death incarnate for all manner of badies that go bump in the night.

Final Fantasy 

Arrg... its almost mothers day and I still haven't gotten my mother a gift. I am so boned.

Macross Frontier is currently running and I am loving it to death. I even made a Cheryl Nome tumbler for my coffee at work :D

I finally picked up a decent digital camera! Not the newest thing, but more than enough for what I need.

A lot has happened in just a few short weeks.

I got a free PSP from my job at Sears (Which I just recently quit btw) Ive already modded the thing to high heaven as well as given it a new custom faceplate. Despite all the bad things I heard about these mine is working great as a video/music player while I am on the go or at work.

Picked myself up a MG Hi-Nu Gundam as well as a slighty damaged (but easily repaired) Cypher figure from Virtual-On OT. I am dying to post pics of all these kits, but my cellphone camera just cant do them justice.

Christmas was uneventful but by no means boring. I spent most of my free time relaxing and enjoying all the gifts my friends sent me. Thanks so much everyone! I miss you all and hope I can see you again sometime soon.

I got hired on at my new job the other day, and with a small raise to boot. While I will miss the guys at Sears, having the one job will give me time to rekindle my hobbies.

I already booked the hotel me and Kate will be staying at. I am pretty interested in seeing it as the only Disney hotel I have ever been to was the resort. This one is actually inside the park and I'm told its very nice.

Ive got a ton of stuff on my plate for this weekend. A friend at sears needs me to set up his FTA receiver box and I have to clean this fucking house top to bottom. Amazing how fast the place goes to hell when I suddenly didn't have time to do ALL the cleaning -.-

I have a couple drawings I will post sometime this weekend. Have a good weekend everyone.

So I started my new job recently which is going very well. Making good money working both jobs atm but its real tiring. Job #1 is working me a full 40 hrs as well as 12+ hours of overtime every week, including Saturday. I still manage to squeeze in 18-22 hours a week at Sears, but thats just for pocket cash now. I slept for about 12 hours strait last night.

Things at Sears get more annoying daily. An idiot boss with anger management issues combined with huge amounts of High School level drama from employees for a job that doesn't even pay more than 10$/hr seems mighty pointless to me. Guess I will just have to see if things improve after Christmas.

Picked up a Voyager Prime and a MG Ver. 2.0 Chars Gelgoog recently, both very neat.

Ive given my old FFXI character to JT. Dont play it anymore anyway and I sure as hell do not want to waste that much time ever again so I figure its best if I just get as far away from that whole MMORPG scene as possible.

Id like to have Kate come out and visit me before the end of the year, but it doesn't look like it will happen. I'm just working too much for something like that at the moment. Depending on if I decide to keep both jobs after the holidays I will figure out what I'm going to do.

My brothers GF broke up with him and moved out. This combined with that fact that I am only home long enough to sleep before leaving to work again has made my life about a billion times more bearable. Too bad she didn't take her cat with her though.

So for now I'm just socking away all my cash. I need gift ideas for the holidays btw, so shoot me suggestions people!

Getting the skirt right on this is taking forever. Redoing the entire arm and sword position in PS is gonna be tricky too.
